“The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you’ve got to have a what-the-hell attitude.” ― Julia Child
10 years ago I didn’t like to boil water just in case it got burnt! Years of living on my own didn’t inspire me to pick up a pan and a cookbook. You really can’t get better than a coffee and a gorgeous chocolate muffin. And these muffins are so easy to make and taste GREAT!

This was my first attempt at making vegetable patties, and even if I say so myself they were delicious. Next time I will add tuna, or maybe some almonds.
A delicious warming Winter stew. Easy to make and leave in a moderate oven to cook to perfection. The slow cooking helps the meat become tender and just melt in the mouth.
I don’t use a traditional Teriyaki sauce for this recipe, more one inspired by it. No ginger, no honey, but a wonderful, dark yet sweet sticky sauce.
